Same! i m addicted to most of the battle royale games. What sort of works for me is setting the time limit for the app its a feature in most of the phones (both androids and iphones). Setting a timer for 30 or so mins when i start playing helps me get back to work on time.

That is okay but for me if i set the timer, i will get strong urge to stop that as well or uninstall any app causing disturbance to my game:-(

I think you should start with a routine and since this is an addiction and you are unable to manage it, can you try to completely refrain from it? Delete the gaming app and keep yourself busy during the day.
