The most important thing to remember during a time like that is to not lose hope. Even if you have only a flicker of hope, don't lose it. I've been the same for years, and honestly things only seemed to get positive a bit earlier this year and the only reason I'm still breathing is probably the fact that I clung onto that tiny hope in my heart that it'll infact get better and it honestly is getting better, I've of course not reached that point that I wish to attain yet, but I'm getting there slowly. I believe you will too, keep going my friend and I hope we both find our reasons to achieve happiness soon.

Don’t let one aspect of your life ruin others you are very courageous to actually find a way out of it focus on the things that you want to change and you think that will bring happiness in your life it all comes from within.
