Not happy with life

Hlo everyone I want to say that I'm very disturbed person with my life I want stay happy without anyone I always loose people

Life is all about it. Its pretty common to feel so, try sharing with someone the things that disturbs you.If you cant then try to put it in words..it will definetly lighten you heart..May Allah bless you with peace..Ameen

Don't expect anything I know it's hard but keep your expectations to minimum and find happiness in giving whatever it is

I know how you feel. It's common to feel that way but be assured there's always a guiding light to take you out of this dark tunnel. Be content and happy and give in your full efforts in whatever you do.
