Change your mindset. If your mind focuses on the negative things that had happened in the past, your life will move in a negative direction....
Let go the past... Start Focusing on present .... For that distract ur mind to whatever u love ( hobbies , talking to people , etc)
Learn to forgive... What happened that happened... Now no use of thinking that useless stuff..
U r wasting ur own time... Set goals... Firstly set small goals that r easily achievable... To distract urself from past... So that u can now focus on goals and completing them...
Here I suggest some tips that can help u forget past...
1. Work on self care..
2.allow the negative emotions to flow ( don't keep them in ur mind allow to flow)
3. Be gentle with yourself
4.practice mindfullness
5.mind ur own business( work)
6.create a positive mantra to overcome the negative thoughts- like " I have to move on "
7.create physical distance
8.accept that the opposite person may not apologize..
9.JUST MOVE ON...
Above r some points that will help u not immediately but definitely....
MOVE ON ...
Don't waste ur previous valuable time on waste thinking....

I m glad you responded. I am gonna try my best to follow what you suggested. I just want to heal and reach a point of indifference. A point where I am no longer emotionally attached to people. I wanna rely more on my rational instincts than my emotions
