OCD is characterized by three things: Obsessive thoughts, that you can't stop. You are unable to stop thinking about the negative consequences. Compulsive Behaviour: you are unable to stop yourself from engaging in behaviour that will ease the obsessive thoughts. Since the behaviour offers only temporary relief, your obsessive thoughts come back and you continue to engage in the behaviour. Disorder: it causes significant distress and may even prevent you from functioning effectively through the day. This is roughly what OCD is. Whether or not you are experiencing OCD is something that a clinical psychologist will be able to diagnose. But if your concern is only due to the phone call, please specify.
