I always trying to focus on my work ,and trying hard ...this sometimes get me anxious as I think more about result ,rather than process...
though I know thinking about result would not make any sense except to raise the anxiety level ,but I dont know hw.to keep myself on track .
while even in public also ,sometimes bcoz of the same issue ,I wasnt participate resulting in which I lost belief in my own self .
I was not the same person initially ,earlier I was an fearless girl ,but now I overthink dont know y ?
My God, I'm also suffering from this OCD peripheral and staring. My family members and friends think I am a bad person. Please help me. @happymind27 have you got any solution for this, please help
