I have been feeling way better. It ends up getting better eventually. It's ok if it goes dark again it will get better , you just need to make yourself your priority and block noise. Its hard to block noise when there is a lot of it . If it is not good for you noise/people let them go for real, they are NOT WORTH IT.Just hold on to yourself and whatever brings a smile no matter how small.😊 . It will be okay.
