One sided attraction

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Anxiety

I like my best friend ...He is a very good person. Even he care about me . He can't see me when I'm sad or in problem . We work together in the hospital. Even he has a gf but some issues is there . I started love him . But I can't tell my feeling to him because I am afraid to losing our friendship. Should I tell him or not . I can't lose him .

Don't tell him anything because he have a girlfriend and you should not put yourself in a position from where you can't escape ..and what if he tells about this to his girlfriend ..how are you gonna face them then??

I can understand,, I am not sure you like my point or not,but I want to say that ,if he really really loves her girlfriend,then you don't tell....you can continue with your cool friendship.....I know it's hard for you...but ,we have to face it...

And if you really like him that much then wait for him until he gets single ...but what if the feeling you are experiencing rn is just infatuation / attraction and after a while it fades away ..so just think carefully about it

wait ....involve some very close friend of your to know his opinion on this ..... i mean that middle person would ask him about your friendship and things and then if he loves you ....just dobt tell that you asked .... if he says that he likes you ...u can then look into this otherwise just move on ...be happy
