hey . i am i mean i was with a person since almost 2 years before which i experienced panic and anxiety attacks quite often and all but since i met him things got normal as i always had someone besides me .. we had problems but he just ghosts upon me so frequently and then suddenly loves me like i am the most beautiful and amazing girl and the world and the next moment i am nothing for him .. all this has led to my attacks come again plus i am being suicidal because of the same . i've started forgetting my self worth. and everytime i feel like i won't responf to him .. only a single text from him melts my heart.. i am not able to conventrate on my studies and everything. i cannot understand what is happening

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. It could be because you’ve made yourself depend on him so much that his absence creates anxiety. We should never depend on someone like this, he should be your strength not the reason you feel vulnerable. You have been getting panic attacks because of this only. You dont Have to be in state of constant fear that you will be abandoned. Trust yourself. I think you should sort this with him, talk to him about this and ask him what is the reason he ghost’s and how does it makes you feel. What are his expectations tell him yours and see if you two can work things out ina productive way. Otherwise it will trigger your anxiety more and your life will be affected.

i agree to you completely plus we've tried multiple times to sought things out but we end up arguing and i feel so dominated because of the same reason, the way he moulds everything and point all the fingers on me makes the fear of loosing him more intense . i am not able to stay without him and also with him .

Because you have made yourself believe that he is your life. Whereas you should be the one in control of your life. You can still convince yourself to be strong and take a decision for yourself.
