one step ahead in my fear

Question

congratulations to me:) got a panic attack out of fear today. my mind thinks i m just trying to comfort myself by giving this problem the name of mental dosorder. basically i m fooling myself. the fear of never being able to leave this body will eat me up. a long back i made some prayer like this which i think is going to be true. i want to die but my mind says you won't. i have this immense fear of immortality. somebody please tell me prayers do not come true. please please please. please somebody help

see i prayed this a long back when i was 10 years old. after that i sayrted thinking it would come true and it troubled me. but as a kid i had a lot to do. i couldn't leave evrrything over a thought so i pushed that thought aside. after that whenevrr this thought came i used to ignore it. i never confronted it but now this is killing me. i mean i m always thinking what of that prayar comes true? i want to die mann
