I have that too but as you know it only causes more problems so whenever you overthink just see if there is anything that you can do and of not then what's the point in thinking over it again and again and affecting your mental health. And secondly get busy start doing things you like sing draw whatever you like that could help take your mind of if you stay lying at one place you won't be moving but your mind won't stop and overthinking will just get worse and get the best of you, try to think positive as soon as any negative thought strikes just put it away you'll have to overthinking is a serious problem and stay positive I hope this helps take care

the moment you start overthinking, go grab a book or something and start reading it. keep yourself hella busy. (maybe it aint therapeutical but it works anyway)
