In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

things can be easy for me if I stop this overthinking ...I always make myself feel guilty for every silly things .. for example for a day if slept early without studying or woke up so late ... I just regret a lot and my whole day become useless ....I just want to concentrate on my studies ..but it's not happening ..I always get distracted and something bad happens .... whenever I just make a flow of routine .. something bad happens and everything again crash ....it's really important to focus on my studies Bcz my exams are near ...it's really to ignore everything , your overloaded mind and sadness inside me ...I am not okay but instead I am trying to be okay and trying to make me forget this ...but it's not happening ...I am doing everything to make me good at studies
