actually i get demotivated by seeing the vast competition and then cant able to focus

Also I feel sleepy while studying...but when I go to sleep I can't able to sleep...and even after sleeping for 7 hrs I feel sleepy all the day

and in my class i compare myself with others..even if i dont want to do it...and then i feel demotivated

It’s good to have a healthy competition with your peers but its should make you demotivated. It should make you work harder for your goal.
On the other hand don’t compare yourself with others, focus on devoting your best, everyone’s growth process is different.
Set your individual target and, make an action plan of how to achieve it and start working on it.
