please don't do that. see their lives and yours are no same. we're all built different. we have different fights. try to make yourself the only person you're competing with. compete with your yesterday self to make your today better and then compete with your today self to make tomorrow a brighter day. also some days are just harder than others. it's okay this too shall pass. just keep holding on.
i too overthink a lot but it's better to let go of the situation or else u will be really stressed out which is not good for your health. Focus on what you are doing now.Everyone is unique you are beautiful in your own way. It takes time to realise and come out of it so take one step at a time. Run your way of life in your own pace. do something new every day or practise some methods which can improve you daily best of luck 👍
