Panic attacks at school

Question

Recently my school reopened after the long pandemic break. I'm in 12th grade and over the last 2 years i basically didn't learn anything through the online classes. As a result I've to appear for my boards and entrance exams in a couple of months but I'm not prepared at all. Going to school and talking to my classmates made have a panic attack yesterday. I'm very scared about my future.

I can understand why you might feel overwhelmed but this is the time to gather yourself and act quickly. Start from the basics and cover syllabus for your boards first and then pick up stuff for your entrance exams. There's no point listening to your classmates right now, it'll only give you more stress.

You need to calm down first. Discuss your issue with your parents if you can and form a solid plan. Cover hig priority topics first so that you can atleast secure passing grades.

You don't need to panic but instead make a time table cover up syllabus and revise if you have time
