I've been having a lot of fights with my boyfriend recently and I often get panic attacks in the middle of the argument. Initially he was supportive about it but now he says that I do it just to gain sympathy and make him look bad. That's not the case at all. I can't breathe, think, or speak when the panic hits me and I know it's really how I feel. How do I have more constructive fights or none at all?
