Parents not agreeing for love marriage

I want to marry a man but my parents are completely against it. I can't live without either. what should I do. sometimes I feel so frustrated because of the kind of negative environment at home I just feel like running away. my parents are extremely controlling and they never let me do something that makes me happy because they think everything has to be done their way. they guy I want to marry genuinely loves me and I know will keep me happy

I think you should try to make your parents understand that they should atleast first meet him then try to understand that it’s a matter of life, and you won’t be happy with anyone else.
