the best thing you can do is self-improvement...get a hobby, something to raise your serotonin and/or dopamine level...do some writing, learn a craft or start doing sports
i already have a lot of stuff to do..but it just feels like someone just took all my energy ...i don't feel like doing anything, i m detaching myself from everything..and its the night that hits badly i just hate this hours of the day,..

take some time to mourn then, it's completely natural. It may take days or weeks but eventually, you'll move on.
