physiological symptoms due to anxiety
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I live in hostel and i am a mbbs student. From past 2 years i am having some issues, i dont know is it anxiety or depression or whatever it is.... When i am busy everything is fine. But whenever i am alone for example at night i in holidays i become so sad, i feels like there is some kind of heavy pressure on my head and my brain will collapse due to this hidden pressure. I feels stretching in my neck and facial muscles. Condition becomes so sever that i just want to scream as loud as i can... I started getting these symptoms after my break up 2 years back.... I thought everything will be solved after some times... But now i dont know how to deal with this situation because now it is also effecting my studies and daily life. Kindly suggest what should i do
