I am mentally exhausted, I do not know what to do. my work my personal life everything is fucked. the people around me are pissed at me for not giving them time. my work life is damned no single work I am finishing before the deadline. My fiance is also not happy as I am not giving him time. I am just so so tired now I do not know what to do. please help

    Take a paper and note down all your problems first whatever thought coming in your mind. Do this then I will tell you what do next

    Just take some time off. Go on a vacation maybe, Listening to music will help. Also, write everything you feel. It will feel better, it will feel light
