comparison is in nature of humans, so ignore whatever they are saying. look at their intention instead of their words. Their intention and wish for you is always for your betterment and progress. So take it positively and focus completely on your studies. Also, of possible, try to talk to them about this, and how it is detrimental to your progress. once they know that you are hurt by their actions, I think they will be more concious of what they are talking to you
