In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

How to not feel hopeless and actually start working on it? Also, how to not get thoughts like "life is unfair" and focus on important things? Because I seriously need to start focusing on something, and as I just know for sure, if I fail at that particular thing finally, I'll probably turn from passive suicidal to suicidal.
