I have been feeling this way since class 7th. I tried talking to my friends they think it's all for sympathy and I can't tell my parents they will blame themselves and would be hurt ...I have been keeping this inside for so long .. I don't if anything makes me happy now .. i don't know what's fake what's real

You don't have to run away from the truth. Accept it how ever it is. No matter how harsh it may seem, you have to accept the truth. Cause only after you accept it, you get the strength to move ahead. Live in your present. Look around you, you will always find people who care for you and love you. There will be atleast 1 on whom you can trust. Reach out to those people, spend some time with them. explore yourself, find new things to do, some hobby that you had kept aside long back, now is the time to get it out. Work on yourself and build yourself. Learn new things. It's ok if you fall or fail, everyone does. But you can only reach your desired destination if you get up and keep moving forward.
