Plz help me

Question

I am really can't focus or concentrate on my studies these days.... whenever i sit to study i loose my focus and start scrolling through my phone.....ik that i have nothing in my phone...no one texts me no one calls me...but still i go through it....i even try keeping it aside while studying but i loose focus and get bored and again scroll through my phone

try to set small small deadlines of chapters... after completion try to reward yourself

or  first this read this..... close your eyes and think the day you achieved your goal let us suppose result day you scored 90+ everybody is wishing you congratulations in bg there is playing sebassiyann song your relatives who was just demotivating you niw coming to you and doing their sweet talks and you ignore them like you ignore dogs on road😂😂 .... that day will be best day buddy so for that day you have to study today ... so go for it ...
