As I experienced, it's impossible to stop watching porn at a time you can't stop watching suddenly as I think, But you can control on it like if you are watching porn whole week make 4days shedule on 1st week then watch porn 3 days in next week then 2 days in a week and then One time in a week same protocol if you are doing masturbation. Don't stop suddenly but to decrease day by day.
