Anxiety

I'm 21, eldest son. My family consists of a step mother, step brother and real father. My step mother hasn't ever accepted me as her own, and has been verbally abusive ever since they got married. My father is of very strict nature and physically abusive (occassionally), and very restrictive. This has led me to become very introverted and have very low self esteem. I feel lonely, and have no affection towards any of the family members. Help

But in my case, I try to ignore my stepmother as much as possible. I act like she doesnt exist in my house .And this thing irritates her. Because when you give someone power over you, they take advantage of it. So, try to control your emotions and just dont care about them. Be bold and confident.
