Don’t give up and continue applying for jobs, you will get a job don’t worry. Talk to your husband and clear it out with him. I am sure he will understand and it’s difficult for men to speak up against their parents, take tht into consideration .

i am not ready for pregnancy right now. there are many things that lead to my decision: 1. my over dominant father-in-law: I am suffering due to this, and i dont want my kid to suffer. 2. My husband's neutral behaviour.He doesnt take a stand for me now, dont believe him to do it in future. 3. Financial condition: We have a house loan to be paid...my job is also a major concern

his father is so dominating, he thinks he is elder everyone should respect him. My husband has been following him since so many years..that now he cannot accept the fact. I tried talking to him several times, but no use. He wants me to understand. I am 32 years old...and financially insecure due to my job. He is 35 now. he also has health issues. He is pre-diabetic, but no one points that. My thyroid level is under control, but still has been blamed for it. Having baby is not all about, providing it a better future is essential. How can I think about a baby when financially we are not good? I want it to be postponed for next year, thinking that I may get a job by then and things will be settled atleast financially. I cant change my father-in-law neither my husband i wish I get a job away from this place or else I sleep forever.

I totally understand your point, you know your situation better, what you are deciding is also well suited. Yes you should right now only focus on your job. Along with it, try to focus on your relationship as well.
