Hi i am 30 a housewife. I am a happily married from last 12 years. But from last 3 years, there was an issue betweem me and my parents family. So i am a kind of breakup with my family. And stay only with husband and inlaws family. But the problem is, because of that issue, i am filled with lots of anger. I cant release it on my parents because i am not on talking terms with them. That anger effect me. I am always angry and feel axeity. I release my anger on my husband and kids. It effects my relationship. What i do, please help me

You should talk to your parents with a little calmness, after all they are your parents and there must have been times when they would’ve forgiven you for something. Anything in this world can be solved by talking :)

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure suppressed anger do come out on all the wrong places and effect every other relationship in our life. Have you tried sharing the feeling you have. If you feel okay try to vent it out here. How you feel, what are the thoughts, why are you angry. Tell me. We can try to solve your problem and help you have healthy relationships.

Sorry i cant explain here. But now i can't talk with them. Now i am in situation, that i feel noove for anybody. No excitement, no emotions. Just angry and hate over small thing. I was that king of person, who always live happy, and ignore any conflicts. But i am totally opposite now. My husband says that now i dont love him and not care for him. But i love him. But feel only angry inside. How to move on?
