For tasks we know how to finish, we do it without hesitation. Like brushing teeth... But when a task looks huge and we feel like Greek and Latin, we procastinate. So we shd create a mind set to start and do a task even if it feels foreign.. And also to break down into smaller pieces and start with one piece. Basically to start something even if it feels too huge to take up. Eventually since we are into it, it will feel easier then what we felt before we started it
