I was married for 2 years but then I got divorced because I was subjected to domestic violence by my partner. It's been quite a while since I got divorced but it's still always on my mind. I can't open up to people and trust them, I'm always afraid of getting hurt. Sometimes I get into these phases where my head starts aching because of all the negative thoughts. After googling I learnt this is called ptsd, how do I get over it?
