PTSD from parents fighting
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

All through my childhood my parents had a terrible marriage. There was both mental and physical abuse involved in their fights and more often than not, I was dragged into it. Now that I've moved out of my house, those fights have still not left my mind. My dating life is messed up, I can't be in a real relationship because I expect the worst out of everything. I flinch everything somebody raises their hand, it's like a reflex. It's unfair how I've to suffer because of what my parents did.
