Regret and anxiety

I'm married for 16 years, no kids, with a non satisfying sexual life. Last week I met a woman on a dating app and we had sex. For some 30 seconds I made unsafe sex with her. That was the 1st time i've done such thing and i feel dumb and ridiculous. Now i'm dealing with guilt, regret, and extreme anxiety that i might got and std and ruined my life and my relationship. I can't cope with what i'm feeling

first of you should talk to your wife and tell her how you feel and that you are unsatisfied try to cole to conclusion with her secondly for now you shuld give 72 hrs pill to that girl with whom you did sex if she dont want to be pregnant, and think would you rectify your fault would you take responsibility of that dating girl if she becomes pregnent only regretting is not solution come to action
