I moved home with my mom and things haven't been feel right. I'm like a prisoner trapped in a messed up body.and I relapsed again.

Hey again! I am glad you moved out. Give yourself some time to adapt to the new things, it takes time. I think you should seek medical help for your dependence.

I cant really seek help. When your young it's not like you can just say hey I need help and them listen. That's why I'm here.

I'm food friends with my ex boyfriend from the beginning of this year... well he helps me alot but I constantly think I'm not good enough for him and that I'm bothering him so I try not to yell him to much and annoy him even when he tries to tell me he love you and everything will be ok

Moving homes is a daunting task and changes atmosphere completely. Hope you mix well with new surroundings. Try to arrange stuff properly in a tedious manner and keep it clean. Go out and walk a lot.
