I usually visit a doctor because it can really mess up with your brain.. two persons having same symptoms doesn't mean they are suffering from the same disease so it's better to visit a doc

I do always scold her not to google symptoms like that but she can't help it and always ends up looking it up. It's not just symptoms, but the ones that are already diagnosed by doctor irl too, she'll look it up and some mental articles will there online that will explain the extreme cases of it and she'll start being scared of getting those extreme cases and starts crying, looses focus in her research, looses sleep. Ah. I feel so helpless whenever that happens to her.

Yeah. Sometimes Mr Dr Google is right. I was hoping what she found out from Google recently would end up like the usual Dr Google's overly exaggerated opinion. But it turned out true. Ah and now I'm blaming myself about being responsible for it. Which is one of the reasons why I'm here. Anyway you try not to look it up, it will take a while to completely get rid of the habit. I don't know you personally but you do sound like a girl who'd be able to do it. So best of luck.
