hey guys, I'm a male who is a coward and have never been single for 6 years straigt, i recently broke up with a girl and i got anxious and i cried a lot because i was lonely as fuck. i only talk about my problems with girls. i try to talk to my male best friend but it's not the same. I'm always confident to face a problem but after faxing it i get anxious. i just want someone who can relate to me. i don't like this heaviness in my heart after every problems i get into

same happened with me , hello I'm a female who got break up few days back and cried like hell. sometimes feel too lonely and can't able to do anything . whenever I feel sad I can't talk even sometimes I can't express my feelings . the empty feeling eating me like anything , I too don't like this much heaviness and can't tolerate also .
