write down on notepad in laptop or mobile ,or start writing a journal will help ,or at night when no body is in the room or enact the same scene or ur feeling & say it aloud if sharing room ,say in in mind & take it out of my mind ,all the emotions let it go whether u want to cry or scream on pillow
Take it easy! take deep breaths. take a break from everything. go on a vacation. Try to forget these people who are stressing you out. indifference is the biggest thing. peace !
u have to speak to them they won't stop.u have set boundary or it will effect ur mental health.please stop them u have to save urself

you know what no matter how i respectfully i make them understand my points but they start questioning my upbringing in front of my parents and many are like they are good on face but in back they talks rubbish...... sometimes i felt like killing them

stay away from them .don't come in front them.dont talk to them or just leave it house when u know they are coming
