Scared...

Question

I was bullied in school.  I am the loner, underachiver kid. I've only got one best friend but, now she has to move to a different country. Next month I have to go to a different state for my further studies. I feel totally unworthy and have doubts on myself to achieve a better future.  And, moving away from my family scares me. I don't know if or not I'll be able to adjust there.

if you will be confident on yourself, you'll definitely rock there (where you are moving) be lucky to yourself that atleast you get chance to go another state and study for your better future. some people don't even get that opportunity to study in their own city. trust yourself and know that you are stronger than you think🤍

See this as a new fresh start in your life, new city, new surroundings, new people. Enjoy your every moment of your life, this situations will come where you'll have to go out of your comfort zone and do things, see them as a new adventure in your life, it'll help. Don't worry about if you'll able to stay away from your family, you'll manage that, don't worry. Most important make new friends .

it's normal to feel this way.. given what you've been through. whenever you are scared.. remind yourself that your past experiences DO NOT DEFINE YOU. Take one task at a time and give it your all. You are going to be amazing in the new place! be open to new experiences!! Have fun 😊

That's even better, see you'll be able to make friends in hostel in no time, start talking to them, normally ask them where are they from, where did they complete there prior education, this'll start a basic conversation between you. Do this with every new people you meet there. Hostel are the best place to make new friends.
