I can understand, try to follow a healthy lifestyle and assure yourself that you are doing everything necessary you are safe. Positive affirmations are very important. Keep yourself busy and when this thought cones try to shrug it off. Tell yourself if god forbid you even get this you have a strong immunity you will fight with it.
