Scared of rejection

Question

I'm going through placement season right now since I'm just about to graduate and I'm so scared of rejection. Getting a job is really important to me because I've to support my entire family. Everytime I walk into the room I feel like everybody is judging me. I start stammering when I speak. Yesterday I had an interview for a company and I did badly in that too, I don't know what I'll do to myself if I get rejected.

Hey, you're going to get rejected from some places and that's okay. You only need one job, not 10. Focus on giving your best at every interview, you'll land a job somewhere. Taking out the pressure out of the situation and view it as a simple test, it will drastically improve your performance.

Ah the dreaded placement season! I totally get how you feel, when I was in college thongs would get so competitive. It would feel like everybody had things figured out except me but trust me, nobody does. To avoid the stammering, try to not speak too quickly. Focus on your basic and prepare yourself. Thereon you can only hope for things to go your way.
