Dear sir, I am suffering from 20 years tried many drs but no result I have ocd also. Psychiatric medicines made my problem very worst. I feel afraid for always. Feel weak, difficult breathing, cannot tolerate hunger, feeling as if I am losing control etc. So please do the helpful and needful. Thank yoy

It may help to do so. Mental health needs to be approached from multiple angles. Based on the issues you've mentioned, medication is only part of the solution. It controls the symptoms enough to help you bring about the changes needed at the psychological and behavioural level. Working with a psychologist while on meds will also help you make the changes necessary. With time it may also equip you with the effective tools so that medication is no longer needed.
