Any advise in how could I work in order to love my body more? I already had bulimia and even if I'm so much better now sometimes I just cant avoid thinking that what I'm eating will make me fat and I still sometimes damage myself again and get afraid I get bulimic again. Bring locked down makes it worst because I cant do the exercise I used to do.
Should I search for some specialist? Any recommendation? Thank you all.
