i exercise daily...watch things related to my fav celebrity...listen my fav songs...but still if don't sketch more 2-3 days..depression comes back n i don't know how to overcome it

i have depression from last year when my ex bf blackmailed me...i am not afraid of him anymore but i don't know why i still have depression..i just feel worthless and sad
