I am loosing interest in anything I don't know what is happening around me what I'm doing I can't even pay attention to my studies.. feel low all day I don't like anything now I am scared too much..

Something goes on in mind the whole time I can't sleep well throughout the day something keeps happening I can't concentrate on my studies at all I can't even eat food etc....

Why don't you pursue a hobby or follow your passion? Maybe photography, cooking, listening to music, hanging out with friends. That way you'll have something to look forward to throughout the day and you'll be happy about doing what you love. Try yoga and meditation for mind relaxation and deep breathing techniques to focus better. Is there any sibling or a close friend with whom you can share and hangout to relieve the stress?

You need to start talking to people. Social interaction will heal you in mysterious ways. Sometimes, Shutting ourselves does no good. You need to get out of your cocoon and make small talks with friends and family so that your mind stays active.

Yes I have my siblings and close frnd too but I don't like talking to them I don't why I don't like being too socialized

I can understand how you feel. But sometimes it is better to have atleast one person with whom we can share our woes. It could be a friend, sibling, cousin, anybody. You need to trust your loved ones because they can help you overcome your stress. What are your hobbies? Pursue them so that the spark in your life is still alive. You'll find a refined purpose in life. Also, you need to clear your mind before and during exams. Start doing meditation and yoga to improve concentration and relieve stress. Interact with your siblings so that you feel wanted and loved. You need to have the will power to overcome this. It won't happen in a day or two, but with commitment, you'll definitely get out of this phase 🤗
