I also had problems with confidence ...I'm alot more confident because I learnt how to accept myself the way I am..it's a daily struggle I can never say I'm confident enough..but I look myself in the mirror especially before bathing to just tell myself that I'm beautifull and strong.
To be honest when it comes to appearance i like the way i look and all but what im suffering from is not being capable of knowing my worth and believing in my capabilities especially when its related with studies like even when revising for an exam i always have those negative thoughts u wont have a good grade ur not smart enough and this kind of thoughts and its eating me
