My actions and choice of friends is destorying my relationship. Last night after seeing my husband psck up his things and threaten to leave affected me. I cant lose him. My guilt, embrassment etc has me so clouded. Idk what to do. The person I am being portrayed as isnt me.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I think you should address this situation seriously. Don’t blame yourself for anything. You are capable of taking responsibilities of your action. Try to talk to him, why did he threaten to leave? What’s the problem coming up with your friends?

He threaten to leave bc he feels as though I dont care or love him like he does me. As for the problem with my friends i just associate with the wrong people at times and my husband feels as though I care about their feelings more than his which isnt the case. I dont want him to leave but I will say last night was a real eye opener for me . it made me realize truly how much I dont want him out of my life and in a way take him for granted. I just dont know how to take the right step to fix it

Talk to him when things are calm and try to recreate your old memories. Talk about how you both can fix things.
