Foremostly anxiety and depression is not a disease bro. I can tell you dont have any trustworthy people near you, so you ended up here, i guess.
*Try listening to songs that make you feel better.
*Try writing how you feel sor or happy just write it down. At first it seems hard but trust me it'll make you really better.
*Whenever you feel angry try tearing few pages, that really healps.
I believe you will get better soon. And trust my your life you change great in days.
