You can't. you have emotions show them and fck people who don't like your emotions cuz nobody have the right to judge you and it's your own feelings so they don't have a say on it

One thing that my therapist suggested me was to Acknowledge the emotion, be with it for a while and then try to process it.
Remind yourself that this one emotion isn’t going ruin your day or life. It will go in no time.
