hey, I know it's very tough for you right now. You love him. But you can ask the guy to wait for some time till you complete your studies. Someone who understands you will be willing to stay for you for that time. Both talk and come to a conclusion together. It should not be one person taking decisions on behalf of the other. Tell him that you have goals to achieve in life. Explain the situation to him.
