I'm just depressed with my life as whatever i wish for or whom i love they leave..and it always happen i love someone so much from very long and she came to me for sometime and then she left...even more broken than before I don't know i try to be positive Focus on myself but all i know is to love her and i get failed always in everything because i feel incomplete

Are you confused too? That are you capable of love Or not? I feel like I am too hard to love sometimes. That i just push people away from me, people I actually care about.

Yes exactly i think sometimes that it's my fault that people whom i love so much i give my everything selflessly to them they just leave...i feel it's my fault that I wasn't good enough I just now feel being loved unconditionally isn't in my luck

When I feel like this, I take a break for a day Or two. Watch a good movie or read a book. Give time to yourself because you gotta love yourself first only then you can spread that to others. A lot of times we forget to treat ourselves and make ourselves happy in order to please others.

Yup you're right...we normally forget to treat ourselves and do something that makes us happy as we don't give importance to our feelings our choices and i think when we can't give importance to ourselves then how any one else can give importance to our feelings well I also try to do normally these things to avoid overthinking but for sometime it's useful but in longer run its not 🤦🏻 by the way i like your thoughts wanna get connected??
