Hurting yourself isn't always the answer. I know when I started cutting myself, it felt good because I wasn't cutting myself because of what I was going through, maybe that was in the background but I was doing it because I liked the pain, I thought that if I could hurt myself No one else would hurt me And you should realize that you should never let anyone hurt you, make you feel this way, your body does so much for you, the least you can do is love it, you will overcome this, dont distract yourself from the idea but simply write down everything thats making you want to do this and tackle those obstacles one at a time
